2014 Random Pictures

2010 World Championship:  Cowboy Judgment was 3rd in Open and Amateur Aged Stallions, but tipped a barrel, so did not do so well in barrel racing.

2010 AQHA Region 8 Championship:  Cowboy Judgment was the Champion Open and Amateur Aged Stallion and the High point Speed Horse.  Megan and Blazer won the Yearling fillies class.  3 Buckles and many other awards, not too bad!

2010 Megan and Morgan showed these two fillies by Cowboy and out of Skip N Pacific Tyme.  Megan was Reserve Grand at the district 4-H show and Morgan was 3rd in her class.  As the state show Morgan came from behind to be 3rd in the 5 & under mares and Megan was 4th with the yearling.  There is nothing like a little sister rivalry.

In December we asked Katie Henderson of Fletcher Oklahoma to ride Cowboy Judgment to see if he might have any ability as a Barrel Racing Horse.  It takes almost two years to finish a barrel horse, so it will be fun to see how he does.

2009 Megan and Morgan enjoyed showing in 4-H  with these two youngsters out of Cowboy Judgment and Skip N Pacific Tyme (Megan's old show mare).  Morgan showed Fancy a yearling filly and Megan showed Hoops a two year old gelding.  Oklahoma makes them show young horses in a 5 years and under class, so nice colts do not have a chance against aged horses.

This is a 4yr old gelding by Skip and Slide was bred and raised by Sam and Anita Westfall and then sold to Sandy Bendele.  Sandy and her son do all the training.

Just wanted to update you on the two colts we got out of Skip and Slide.  Skip is 6 now and he does cowboy shootouts with his new owners, Lisa and Brittian, adult and youth.  He started his career last year and has won lots of buckles and other awards.  Everybody remarks about their pretty mare-he's a gelding.  The other one  a 4 year old, Drover, has won halter, color classes with us and did very well at the palomino youth world and district 4-H show.  We sold him to a lady in Chandler, Sandy Bendele, you might know her son and husband, they rope. Well she started showing him and the second show won a saddle for junior all around, she also won amateur all around too.  And the list has just continued to grow.   I think we should get a percent of the loot she wins with him, ha!  She has the best yet to come with him too.  Just thought you might want to know.  Skip would have had an impressive sire career siring colts that do everything.

Anita Westfall

I hate to be so proud of what we have done - but these are the first pictures made on this horse and thought you might enjoy them.
He was high point Jr Horse and Res Sel.

Sandy Bendele                                                              Thanks Sandy for sending these pictures, so we could all enjoy them, John

Our stallion, Cowboy Judgment was 3rd in Healing and 7th in Heading at the 2008 Palomino World Championship. In 2006 he was 4th in Halter.  Some breeders advertise several stallions.  One that might be foundation bred, anotherthat has a performance record and yet another who is good at halter.  Why not have it all in one?
